Title: Poke Aku - Shoyu Style

Yield: 12 Servings

2lbAku (skipjack tuna)
3tbFresh ginger root; grated
1/2cGreen onions; chopped
1/2cShoyu (soy sauce)
2tbToasted sesame seeds; ground

Cut aku into 1/2" cubes. Combine all ingredients JUST BEFORE serving. Makes about 5 cups.
